10-Hour Training for Yoga Teachers & Advanced Practitioners
This 2-day training is designed to help yoga teachers and advanced practitioners deepen their understanding of anatomy and the therapeutic applications of yoga for relieving pain and repairing injuries. Focusing on both the upper and lower body, the course covers common musculoskeletal injuries and misalignments, and teaches how to incorporate proper anatomy and alignment into therapeutic yoga routines for optimal health.
